Credit Repair Program

The Credit Repair Program is our full engagement: Laura reads all three of your credit reports against your goal, writes a strategy, sends disputes to the bureaus and furnishers every round, escalates what comes back "verified," and reviews results with you monthly until the plan is done. Month-to-month, no long-term contract, and you are never billed before work is performed.

Who it's for

People with collections, charge-offs, late payments, or accounts they don't recognize on their reports, and a real reason to fix it: a mortgage, a car, a business loan, or simply being done with it.

What the program includes

  • Three-bureau report analysis. Every tradeline on Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion marked accurate, inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, with the reason.
  • A written strategy. What gets disputed, with whom, in what order, and why. It lives in your client portal so you can see the reasoning.
  • Disputes every round. Bureau disputes under the FCRA, direct furnisher disputes, and debt validation to collectors under the FDCPA, each sent with evidence and tracked.
  • Escalations. Method-of-verification requests, reinvestigations with new evidence, and CFPB or state regulator complaints when a bureau or furnisher fails to do its job.
  • Negotiation. Pay-for-delete offers and goodwill requests where they fit, drafted for you and sent on your behalf.
  • Credit-building coaching. Utilization, payment timing, which accounts help and which don’t, built around your next application.
  • Monthly review. Updated reports compared to the last round, the plan adjusted, and an honest answer to “are we done yet?”

How it works

  1. Free consultation. We talk about your goal and look at your reports. If you don’t need us, you hear that here.
  2. Enrollment. You get the CROA disclosure and a written contract first. You can cancel within three business days without penalty, and month-to-month after that.
  3. Round one goes out within the first week. Results arrive in 30 to 45 days.
  4. Rounds two through four escalate what was verified, negotiate what’s negotiable, and keep building the positive side.
  5. Finish. When everything disputable has been disputed through escalation and what remains is accurate and aging, we say so and stop billing.

What it doesn’t do

It doesn’t remove accurate, verifiable, timely information. It doesn’t guarantee a score or a number of deletions. It doesn’t use “not mine” disputes on accounts that are yours, or CPNs, or any other shortcut that is illegal or doesn’t work. Every client’s results are different because every file is different, and we tell you what’s realistic for yours before you pay a dollar.

Typical length

Three to six months. Simple files can finish in one round; complex files run longer. Our timeline page explains what moves it either way.

Related questions

Is there a contract?

Yes, a written one, as federal law requires, and it is month-to-month. You can cancel any time. The three-business-day cancellation right is in addition to that.

When am I billed?

After work is performed each month, never before. The Credit Repair Organizations Act prohibits advance fees and we follow it.

Do I need credit monitoring?

Strongly recommended. Monthly updated reports let us see exactly what changed after each round. We'll point you to affordable options; we don't require a specific provider.

Can I do this myself instead?

Yes. Our free DIY guide covers every step. The program is for people who want the strategy and the persistence handled.

Free consultation

Not sure what this means for your file?

The consultation is free and it's a conversation, not a pitch. A house, a car, a fresh start, or just being done feeling embarrassed when someone pulls your credit: whatever it is, you'll leave knowing what your file needs, even if the answer is "do it yourself."
Month-to-month. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime.
